Put me down in the "opposed" column also.
I do think, however, it would make a great Tech Session some day to have one of the designers and/or testers of the late model suspension give us a presentation on its design. For the public, IMHO, it would also be nice to display(bare)to the public the three basic suspension designs (early one that Ralph Whatshisname panned, then the '64 transverse spring and then the '65+). So many of the "unwashed" do not understand how the handling issues were addressed by GM and why we who know love the vehicles. I think the late rear suspension is very impressive, Corvette related totally aside, as an example of fine American automotive engineering.
