CORSA 2012: Some last minute Concours things..

Gang:

For Concours, we are down to needing one more person with a PC laptop that can handle Excel forms.  They'll be located in the air-conditioned Presidential Suite (a little sales pitch) and have experienced adult supervision.

We also need three (3) people to proof read* the scoring sheets (not like grading papers and less painful than root canal) and four (4) people to organize the judging sheets and suff them into the judging (not registration) packets.  We'll only need the proof readers for the Friday Concours.  The "stuffers" will likely be needed late Thursday and early Friday before the Concours.

* "Proof read" means you look at the scoring sheets for ommissions or unclear entries.  Each scoring sheet is signed by the judging team who made the entries so, for example, if you see an "8" that looks like a "6", or vice-versa, the crew is asked to clarify/correct.
