Seriously though, in case you haven't heard, we desparately need folks to help with parking, so your volunteering for a spot would be greatly appreciated!
 
Elaine and Bob Sedani have things well in hand in regard to the Hospitality Room requirements.
They've got a large freekin' map that folks will be able to pin their home locations on, (I think we'll have to have a globe so the Aussies can have a spot to stick their pins!). The easels are being supplied by the hotel and have been either been checked out or plans have been made to bring proper ones.
There will be a generous supply of push pins provided.

Since I have not been able to attend the convention planning meetings, I 
am not aware of many details.  So please forgive me if I am asking about 
something that is already well in hand.

Do we have:

> A large bulletin board, where attendees (and organizers) post notes, 
announcements, cars for sale etc?

> A large map, where attendees put a pin in their hometown?

> Substantial easels or stands on which to place these things?

All prior conventions have had these things, so they will be missed if 
not there.

They require a generous supply of push-pins.
