CORSA 2012: some extremely important updates

Hi Guys,
Just a few items we all need to be aware of for next Friday and Saturday.
Friday!!
Media update - we will have a TV crew and radio crew at the convention on Friday. TV crew will arrive at 9:30. Radio, not sure of arrival time but they will just be doing a few interviews for sounds bytes.
Both crews are self contained and require no equipment or power from the hotel. Both crews do car shows as a business so they will not interfere with any plans or procedures. In the case of Rain on Friday (gasp), the TV crew will come on Saturday same schedule.

Car Display - DJ will arrive at 9:30, as requested in a previous email, he needs one or two tables. power within 50 feet, and shade overhead, also a check that day ( that's the important part).
Banquet - Will people be speaking from a podium at the Banquet? If so, does anyone have a short mic stand - the very short type with heavy base that sits on a speaking podium.? I have the microphone - but this type of stand would make it easier if people have to read anything at the podium. If someone has access to this type of stand, please bring it to the convention.
