Alrighty then,
Ron can we look into the rental screen? 
regarding the projector; I don't know enough about projector models to gauge weather or not the CORSA equipment fits the bill, If it has been used for tech sessions maybe it is bright enough for large lit rooms, Tim, any thoughts.??
Ray, regarding transfer of photos - most cameras now can go direct into a laptop with a USB cord, from there a slide show should be pretty easy to conjure up with a standard photo app.It could then just be burned directly to disc. Do we want to delegate a specific point person to take shots and put them together (someone with a laptop and fairly new digital camera is a good choice). 
Just some thoughts, feedback is good. :-)

    Hi,

      

          If this is intended for the entire room to see, rather than a
      display for passers by, then it is WAY to small.  You'd want a
      screen at least 10 feet wide, and would need a very bright
      projector in a lit room.

            Well, that looks to be about 5 1/2 ft. If this seems to be
            adequate, then 

            we'll go with it. If you want something bigger, we'll have
            to look into 

            renting one from SWANK AUDIO VISUALS that the hotel deals
