An idea:  Tim Schwartz suggested that his screen was of a size suitable 
only for use as a presentation people gather 'round to see, and not for 
a full ballroom.  Okay, let's do it that way.  Set up the screen and the 
projector over there in a nice corner where people can wander over and 
watch for a while... maybe not too far from the bar?  Or maybe as far 
away fro the bar as possible to spread out traffic?  Encourage people to 
get up, move about, mingle.
