While you are collecting cell numbers, please note that I had to passed on my on site vendor chair responsibilities to Rob Wanthouse, (917) 572-4463.  Unfortunately I need to be a work this week and will not be able to attend the convention, Rob as well as Kris, the Host Hotel's event coordinator both have the indoor vendor area layout and vendor information.

The hotel is to set up the vendor tables ahead of time according to our room layout diagram so it should be close to what it needs to look like when folks arrive.

It is important to note that Rob will be the main, on site contact for the vendors as I will be of limited use 250 miles away.  If you can spread the word, that would be great as my name and number are on all of the vendor info.  I did contact most of the big vendors and provided them with Rob's contact info as well so I don't expect that there will be a lot of drama....

Along the same lines, are we getting a list of cell #'s when we get to Sturbridge in case we need to contact people? Maybe I missed a memo.
