CORSA 2012: CORSA Convention Headcount - Slow Drag Race

The Slow Drag Race event had 14 vehicles, 2 wheel chairs, 1 umbrella, and a 
total of 26 people that participated in the race. I believe that this was 
the first time this event was held at the National Convention. So the bar is 
set and I hope that it continues next year in Michigan. Too many people to 
mention for all their help to make this event a success but I must mention 
Helen Maurella, Bob and Sue Marlow, Howard Horne, Al Lacki, and a special 
shout out to Eva Mailhot. Again,

Valve cover race had 35 participants. It was a great time and all had fun. 
We had at least seventy in the room watching and racing. More at times. 
Thanks to all the CNHCA members and other volunteers that helped. It went 
smooth and efficent. Thanks to all, Janis and Wayne

Tim, Yes, you are correct. My numbers are strictly head-counts. The numbers 
don't show the number of model cars entered, indoor tables rented, vendor 
spaces rented, number of valve-covers raced, etc. Al

Al,

There were some people who entered multiple cars in the model car
concours, which may account for the different counts in many events.. I
had a total of 21 cars entered, and 18 showed up.
