CORSA 2012: (no subject)

To all,
I will receive the final registration package from Corsa no later than two
weeks prior the beguining of the Convention.
Long Island Corvair association will prepare and stuff the envelopes and
bags at that time.
We have printed 450Banquet tickets, 300 T shirt tickets, 300 Picnic tickets
and 300 Ice cream social tickets, with the possibility to print more.
However, the tickets envelopes are being printed now with an entry for each
tickets and the amount. This morning we added an entry for free door prize
tickets.
We are going to print 500 #10 envelopes tomorrow and the days ahead.
Everything that goes in those bags and envelopes should be received here in
Massapequa no later than July 1st.
We will not have time to add item the day of registration.
