CORSA 2012: Outdoor Sales (INFO ON REGISTRATION REPORTS)

I prepare and issue registration reports every two weeks or so.  I send registration reports ONLY to the "event leaders", NOT to the entire convention planning committee.  I have been doing this only for a month, so I have only issued the report two times so far.  I checked my email list to make sure you are among the people to whom I'm sending the reports.  Here is the email address that I am using for you: rwanthouse at panynj.gov

The reports are contained in a single pdf file.   Although it is a single pdf file, the file has separate pages for each of the "events" in the convention, including "Indoor Vendors" and "Swap Meet".  

The current versions of the "Indoor Vendors" and "Swap Meet" reports show the names and email addresses of the people who have signed up, but they do not include US Postal addresses, phone numbers, or the number of tables or spaces that the vendors want to rent from us.      

Do you need US Postal addresses, phone numbers, and tables/spaces?  If so, please let me know.  I have access to that info and I can add it to the "Indoor Vendors" and "Swap Meet" reports if you need it.

As far as I am aware, all of the registrations for vendors are coming through the CORSA office, which is where I get my information.  I am not aware of anybody else who receives registrations for vendors.  

According to our plan, Harry Jensen of the CORSA office will provide a batch of "official" reports about two weeks prior to the convention.  In the mean time, I am the only person who is tracking the identities of people who are registering.

them? Last report shows 4 outdoor vendors but no number of spaces they
are using.
