CORSA 2012: Things we need to do.

1. Find out if the floor of the tent will support a car so we can hold
detailing tech session there--Ron M.

2. Determine if there is a need for Bay State trailer and if so where to
park it. Chuck L.

3. Volunteer for parking lot duty. Tom Russ has made a matrix based on
two hour shifts.  We'll need folks at both the hotel and Old Sturbridge
Village, our trailer parking area.  The shifts start at 2PM on Tuesday
and then 8Am the other days.  End is 8PM.  We need your help.  We need
your help for more than one shift.  I've volunteered myself and my two
grandsons for the first shift--2-4PM --on Tuesday to get the ball
rolling.  Contact Tom through this list. THIS IS IMPORTANT!

4. Develop a plan for bus loading to include where the busses actually
park.  Kevin G.
