Hi everyone,
Well, it looks like we have finally finished tweaking our schedule (I hope) and I now want to finalize the meeting room space needed. I've attached a copy of the hotels meeting room info and room assignments that I have assigned for now. Next to each room, I listed the capacity with theater seating. Please look it over and reply if you see any issues or have any better ideas. There are a couple of things I need to know to finish and then run it by the hotel (this week I hope).

1-Ken S, I think I remember you saying you would have the concours meetings under the tent so that is what I put down. If you would prefer something different, let me know.

2-Brian & Roberta, what does Roberta think she needs for the ladies activities? Room size, tables, and seating? I have no idea as of now.

3-Bob Scheidel, How will the rally meeting be held? Is this just everybody stands while the rules are gone over or do you want people sitting? If so, is theater seating good? How many do you figure?
