CORSA 2012: Outdoor Sales

Fist of all, let's not make a rash decisons here. The Buffalo convnetion had the same issue and didn't handle it well. As a result, many vendors didn't show. So, let me do a little more research before we decide on our path forward.
As for your questions,
1. Yes, vendors can occupy their spaces for the whole convnetion. The hotel has security guys who patrol the area at night. However, everyone mustt and all do understand neither the hotel or us are responsible for outdoor vendor stuff. The ones with small items pack up each evening. Those with big stuff--engines, etc--cover it up with a tarp.
2. Marking spaces--whatever you come up with is OK as long as the hotel has no issues.
3. We have already set the prices for outdoorvendors and it's too late to change. Limit all spaces to the same length.
4. Sales Tax. As i sadi in the start of this message; let me do a little more research. Rob, can you call me some evening to discuss. 973-729-5586.

Vendors need to get their own license.
