Sturbridge was ok with extending the depth of the 9 spaces by about 12 ft; as long as the spaces extended no further that the adjacent curb line.

We could have made a little extra for the spaces, but the rates have been set. I will revised the sketch and show where the car wash area is located.

Access tot he back of the hotel for the Concours cars is another reason that all the vendor spaces need to be the same length and not go too far out so as to block traffic. Sapce around the hose area shouldn't be a problem.

Rob:

For access to the Concours Unit 6 area and entry to the field, we'll nedd a path around the Exhibit Hall to the small road leading to the tent area. I didn't look at your map yet but just thought you should be aware of that.

There will be a line of vehicle Thursday afternoon nedding to get Classified then likely a few stragglers Friday AM.

Also, the hose connection that I found was at the back of the Exhibit Hall....we'd need some room around it as well....access.
