When will the booklet be in it's final form? I hate to loose any income.  We should also try to get a welcome letter from the town for the booklet. It is a shame no one on the committee has the time or inclanation to canvas local Sturbridge merchants for ads and/or goodies.

The deadline for submission and payment for ads and sponsorships was May 15th, which is long since past.  

Question 1:  Is it safe to assume that we are no longer accepting new ads for the Convention booklet?   If so, I will update the Convention website accordingly.

Question 2:  Is it safe to assume that we are no longer accepting sponsorships for Convention events?  (Perhaps we could continue to accept new sponsorships if the new sponsors recognize that it's too late to mention them in the Convention booklet).  Your choice.   Again, I will update the Convention website whatever way you like.
