Hi Everyone, 

With the exception of Ray Hatchell, everyone else has hopefully received their November `Vair Heels newsletter.  We believe Ray's copy of the `Vair Heels was lost in the mail.  We sent him another one, and Tom is going to e-mail him a ballot so that he and Chris can vote.  Hopefully everyone else has already returned your ballots to Tom.  They were inserted in your November `Vair Heels and the postage was even put on them for you.  So no one should have any reason for not voting and returning the ballots to Tom in a timely manner.  Don't forget the ballots must be post marked no later than December 1st to be counted.  So don't delay.  Get your ballot in the mail and make your vote count. 

It is not too early to be working on articles for the December `Vair Heels.  You can send them to us yourself or pass them on to the contact person for your club.  These contact folks are doing a great job of getting your articles to us.  They just need more articles from everyone.  They are not suppose to be the writters, just the messengers.  If we receive too many articles to put in the newsletter :-) we will use them in the next issue.  But you need to be giving your contact person more help.  Below are the names of the contact people for each club in case you do not know who yours is.

One last reminder about birthdays and anniversaries.  The only names that we have for the December birthdays and anniversaries are listed below.  If your name should be on either one of these two list and it is not, please let us hear from you.  Remember we only need the month and date for your birthday, but we need the month, date and year for your anniversary.  Also we do not have anything for the December "Upcoming Events" section.  If you have any outings, parties or other important events that need to be posted, please send that info to us.  Thanks for everyone's help with the newsletter and we look forward to receiving all of your articles and photos.
