This year we were alloted 50 car passes and 100  person passes for each day. 
We have distributed all the car passes and all but 4 Saturday passes. As 
usual, it appears that attendance won't be very good on Sunday and we have a 
lot of those passes left. The Speedway is getting strict about controlling 
the number of passes given out versus the number of people attending and it 
is difficult to get more passes at the last minute. We have several (about 
6) requests for more passes and if history repeats there will be more last 
minute requests.

I'm not sure if I can get more passes or distribute them in time. Our ratio 
of tickets distributed to cars attending has usually been about 80%. It is 
embarrasing to request more tickets and then have to explain why our 
attendance was less than we promissed. There will always be reasons why 
people can't attend, but no-shows will probably cause some people who wanted 
to attend to have to stay home. They may also cause us to lose some trophies 
in the future and perhaps even cause us to have to move to a less desireable 
location, especially on Sunday.

I anyone has tickets, particularly car passes, that they won't be using 
please let me know so I can get them to someone who will use them.
