I attended the Car club meeting at the Speedway and we now have the tickets 
for the Fall Autofair.

There are a few changes this time. They (Speedway) are getting stricter 
about following the old rules and and have made some new ones.

We will be in the same spot inside Pit Road in front of the Busch Garage.

They emphasize that they expect cars to be in place early, both days. Gates 
open at 7AM and they would like cars to arrive by 7:30 to be in place by 
8AM.

They will count cars three times a day, starting at 9AM. They expect cars to 
stay all day. The car counts are very important and determine the number of 
trophies as well as whether a club will be invited back. We have lost 2 
trophies this year (down to 10) because we don't have as many cars as they 
issue tickets. We now are getting 50 car tickets (total to be used one or 
both days) and may get less tickets next time if we don't use all them. That 
isn't a problem to us in the Fall, but it will be in the Spring.

They expect cars to show up rain or shine.

They expect unused tickets to be returned (send them to me if you get 
tickets and don't show up).

The trophies must be picked up in the Busch Garage (far end from pit road on 
side toward turn 1/2) at 9AM on Saturday. They will no longer be delivered.

The form with the "Best of Show" must be submitted to the same place by noon 
on Sunday.

The Best of Show cars will  proceed in a line from pit road toward turn one 
and then turn in to the ARCA garage area (where auction is held on Saturday) 
for the award presentation. This should be pretty much follow-the-leader. It 
should start about 2PM on Sunday.
