[CORSA-NC-email-list] Who rebuilds Corvair engines?

A friend of mine asked me if I know anyone who can rebuild a Corvair engine. A local shop apparently is looking to have someone else rebuild the engine rather than doing it themselves. Who is "in the business" that you would recommend? I'm not sure how far they are willing to go, but they are located in southside Virginia (approximate South Boston, VA vicinity), so the closer to there the better.
