[CORSA-NC-email-list] Cancellation of Quarter;y meeting

The Quarterly Meeting of CORSA/N.C. scheduled for Sunday, January 31, 2010 has been cancelled due to inclement weather.  The Moose Cafe has been notified of the cancellation within the 24 hour time frame as required.

The next available meeting date at the Moose Cafe is Sunday, February 7, 2010 at 11:00A.M.  I know this is the Super Bowl Sunday but we should be on our way home by 3:30 P.M. 

The following agenda will be followed:

11:00 A.M. - Meal

12:30 P.M. B.O.D. Meeting

1:30:00 P.M. Membership Meeting

The above schedule should allow time to be home for the Super Bowl.  This is a most important meeting since four officers and the Newsletter Editor are to be elected, confirmed and installed.  I request that each person receiving this e-mail notify other members in your area of the changes.
