To all Queen City members, 

Attached you will find your registration form and a flyer I received from Lillian Law about the Springfest Car Show being held in Helen, Georgia the week-end of April 20-21, 2012.  I would suggest that you make your room reservations early this year since Clarks Corvair Parts will be there and the hotel rooms will go fast.  Last year Clarks was not there and the rooms went quickly, so this year we believe they will go even faster.  

With the increase in the number of folks that will be attending we are asking (begging) everyone to PLEASE get your car show registration forms in EARLY.  This will help us in determining how much food to buy and prepare.  Food is one of the biggest expenses for the clubs when doing a show and it would help tremendously if everyone would go ahead and pre-register.  Not only will this help us out in planning it will save you some money.  Everyone that pre-registers will be eligible for a drawing to win $35.  

This is always a wonderful show, with lots of fun things to do and the little town of Helen is a beautiful place.   Helen, Georgia was actually featured in the Southern Living magazine recently.  So if you have never been before we hope you will make plans to at least give it a try on April 20-21.
