Hi guys,

Following is an e-mail I just received from Lillian Law about the Springfest car show scheduled for April 29-30 in Helen, Georgia.  Anything you can do to help us out with this show would be greatly appreciated.  Below I have listed the items that we still need help with.
 
1.  Door prizes................this is an area where host clubs always make a lot of money.  So please help out as much as possible.
2.  Sodas & water...........men are asked to bring 1 case of each, or more if you want to :-)
3.  Chips........................men are asked to bring two bags of chips.  
4.  Cakes.......................ladies are asked to bring two (2) cakes.  One for Friday night and one for Saturday.  No pies please, they 
                                     do not feed many folks. 

5.  Your registration form for the show.  Thes are needed ASAP, so please go ahead, fill them out and put in the mail if you have 
     not done so already.  This is the key to allowing us to plan how much food to buy.  We'd hate to run out of food :-(  
     But we also don't want to buy more than we need either.  

Look forward to seeing everyone on Friday, April 29th and Sunday, April 30th.  Remember if you can not go to the show, but can still help us out with any of the items listed above, bring them to our QCCC meeting or give them to someone that lives close to you to bring to the show for you.  Thanks ahead of time for everyone's help and we look forward to seeing you April 29th and 30th.
