<DIV style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: #000000; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">It is with great sadness that I report that Don Kellogg has passed away this evening. As most of you probably know, Don was diagnosed with cancer shortly after the Sturbridge Convention. He fought a valiant fight, though in the end, it was inevitable that this was a battle he would not win. Last week, he returned home with hospice services, and this evening he passed away with his family by his side.</DIV>
