[FC] RE: <VV> Hubcap Removal Tool

As a "Concours" Guy, I carry my wire caps in the trunk and barely attach
them for a show. I gently remove them with a large screwcriver using caution
to only grab a little at a time till they "pop".
Snap on, does have a screw driver handled pry bar which I have
considered.....
