[FC] Headlights On reminder

Just about any auto parts place will have a headlights on reminder chime.
Easy to install. Just do it. Hotrod suppliers have various types of battery
or ignition disconnect... some are as simple as installing a standard switch
in a hideaway place or a key lock disconnect, preferably also in a hidden
location. Won't prevent hotwiring though.
