If all you are doing is winching it on a trailer you can remove the drums
and the wheels will fit.  Just don't try driving it on the trailer as you
won't have brakes!

Does anybody know if I can put late model car (13") wheels on a rampside to
load it on a trailer?  I am guessing that I will not be able to do this
without interference with the drums.
