[FC] oversize cam journals?

Hey Folks,

Have any of you ever seen a replacement cam with
oversize journals? I had a new, after-market,early cam
laying around that I gave to a friend. He could not
get it to fit in his block and miked it out. It was
.020 over on all four journals.
I assume this was designed for a block that had been
line-bored? Seems like it would not need to be that
much oversize. When I get it back, I will double-check
any numbers on it.
