If you are into the engine far enough to have the top cover off, modify the
tin baffle to be attached to the inside of the top cover and get rid of the
aluminum to steel to aluminum joint.  They expand and contract at different
rates and cause the leaks.  If you cut the baffle with tin snips and get rid
of all the bolt holes you will have aluminum to aluminum joint.

Just checking to make sure the list still works.  In other news, I got the
top of the GB's engine apart last weekend, it looks like the top cover was
leaking pretty badly, likely the partial cause of the stinky heater.  With
any luck I'll get the engine together this weekend and move on to the actual
heater itself.

BTW, you should have received an admin message with information on making
subscription changes.  If you didn't, please let me know.
