Too much work...... I will just drive it only on the two days that it will run
well.....  vernal equinox in March and the autumnal equinox in September .....

  It does take some effort to return the Carter YH to factory functional.
  First one must disassemble and compare each internal part - to a Carter
  Factory Manual PUB CTR YH @ $ 9.95 reprint
  Then install our  CTR YH 902-215A carb service kit @ $ 29.95 , a special
   HP needle seat assembly  CTR YH @ $ 11.95 and an electronic choke
  conversion CTR 2113 @ $ 34.95. These combined with a ignition upgrade
  either # US HEI -I  $ 199.95 or -II $ 249.95  will do it. Product
  Bulletins are available on all of these. I have even offered a money
  back if not satisfied ...
