[FC] Cleaning The Gas Tank

  Eastwood has a kit Charles...POR might also...I have used the Eastwood kit
and was very satisfied but I live in dry NM and don't have a lot of rust
build up in my tanks anyway...I think my kit even came with the chain!!

Hey everybody:

I understand that one good way to clean out an old gas tank is to shake it 
around with a length of chain inside.

Well, I have tha chain.  Should I put some sort of liquid into the tank to 
prevent a spark?  Water or solvent or soap?
