The increased torque capability gained by a drastic increase in internal 
fluid pressure.  The moving parts are the same.  There are a few 
differences in the case but most of the change is in the transfer plate and 
valve body.   The Corvanatics PG booklet by Bob Ballew has the 
specifics.  The 62 PG will fit a 164 cuin engine but it doesn' t have the 
torque capability to hold the extra torque without slipping (very bad).
