[FC] body repair questions...

cant speak to body work, however regarding engine noise, here is what i have done

1. new rubber strip around engine cover, i just went to hardware store, maybe 2-3 bucks

2.  mattress, my neighbor was throwing away a mattress, cut it to size in trunk and covered w/plywood

actually looks ok, as you only know its a mattress when doors are open, keep tools, groceries, etc on plywood

this cut down noise ALOT and is now very quiet even at 70-80
