[FC] What type of synthetic transmission fluid is OK in a Powerglide

    All oils will mix whether they are synthetic or not. Besides what do you 
think the Castrol syntec blend is?
    The only concern should be, is there any contamination from another 
problem. If this is a working trans and diff with no problems then 3-4 changes will 
dilute the regular fluid enough to do some good. The best way is to take the 
converter to a trans shop and have the converter flushed and cleaned.
