[FC] Removing 64 FC inst cluster

Bryan,
There are two screws at the bottom of the speedometer trim piece "surround", 
with one located right between the light switch knob and the wiper knob, and 
the other between the ignition switch and the lighter... once you have them out 
and you have the wires disconnected and the speedo cable disconnected, and pg 
cable disconnected (if so equipped) there are two "pilot pins" at the top... 
they kind of spread apart, so you might have to reach up there and squeeze 
them together...
Thats about it...
