[FC] Removing 64 FC inst cluster

mine is a 64 greenbrier and 63 rampy.here are pictures i just took of the van 
dash. the top has 2  roll pins in the screw holes with clips that catch on 
the edge of the truck.  if you go carefull you can save them.  dont get in a 
hurry  they can be saved. the pins just go in holes and the clips do the
