[FC] Removing 64 FC inst cluster

The stock F/C dash has two pins and two clips at the top and two screws in
the bottom edge.  Remove the two screws then reach up behind the dash and
squeeze the clips. then pull the dash out at the top.  That's the way all
F/C's are made unless they have been modified.  I have a bunch of F/C's and
they are all the same!
