[FC] 64 FC inst cluster

If I remember correctly it was a mid year change to go to the 100 MPH
speedometer...... someone in Detroit was optimistic is all that I can think

  I have an unmolested '64 Corvan, the cluster has the two bottom screws and
  an 80mph speedo, no shift points. 79k on the odo.
