[FC] 64 FC inst cluster

'65 8-dr  Deluxe
'65 6-dr  Deluxe
'65 6-dr  Standard
   All three have the regular F/C wheel.  The Deluxes have a two toned wheel
with a full horn ring.  The standard has a single color wheel with just a
horn button.  The deluxe '65 was the only one with a full horn ring.  I
believe the '64 only had a half horn ring.  The full rings are very hard to
come by (they are usually broken).
