[FC] Valve cover oil leak = O-RINGs defective ?

You can change the valve cover gaskets, then pull the valve covers off again
when you find that it is not your main oil leak. Traditionally Corvair
motors leak mostly at the push rod "O" ring sesals. Pull off the shrouds
covering the push rod tubes and look for traces of oil coming from these
seals. Odds are the shrouds are full of oil. Just did the ones on my
Greenbrier last weekend.........
This is pretty much a ritual for Corvair owners.........
