Dennis,
I have one of those... a Royal #10, from sometime in the early 1920s I 
believe... I did all my papers in college on it, before I got a computer.
I used to have more typewriters than Corvairs at one time. Now I only have 
the one, and 3 'vairs...
BTW, it still works....
