[FC] Tune up specs

Just remember gas was higher octane in the 60's.  The 110HP engine is the
worst for spark knock and you will probably hear some "tinkeling" with
today's fuel at 14 degrees.

Kewl Rule! Most  books say 14 degrees for the 110 - 64 thru 67 (different if
A/C or AIR or MT/AT)
Point gap should be .019 new and .016 for re-useable points, but dwell is
the final determiner with regards to the point gap.... 31 to 34 degrees...
