[FC] vairs of course - tire sizes

Hello Gary,

I need to finish up the research and discussion with Bruce Schrug on tire 
sizes, but we have generally agreed that the closest currently available 
tire to the original 7.00-14 4-ply is the P205/75R14.  This is based on 
both diameter and load rating.  The P195/75R14 will work but it is almost 
.75" smaller in diameter and typically has a load rating of 1400lbs.  If 
you consider the 4600lb GVW of the FC vehicles and possible uneven weight 
distribution, then the P195/75R14 is okay but a bit marginal.

Even better would be LT205/75R14 (load range C) or 195R-14 (80 series) of 
higher load ratings.
