[FC] Roof Marker Lamps

The it is all specified in the US/Canadian DOT/MOT specifications.  The 
lights at the top center are called identification lights. There should be 
exactly 3 and be separated by 150 mm to 300 mm.   They indicate the vehicle 
is over 2033 mm wide.  You can put them on narrower vehicle, but the are 
required for wider vehicles.  Those at the lower edges are called side 
marker lights and should be mounted at least 380 mm above the ground but no 
higher than 2110 mm.  The upper side lights are called side clearance 
lights and should be mounted as high as practical and as wide as 
possible.  All lights visible from the front should be yellow and those 
visible from the rear red.  There are additional requirements for vehicles 
over 9.1 meters long.
