[FC] Re:pg cable in 64 GB/ emergency brake cable

As far as I can tell it is stretched beyond the point where it will take up
the needed slack to hold the rear cables taut. I have heard about cutting
and crimping and "knotting" the cable to shorten it but with a PG I don't
want to guess wrong.
