I use to bill 7 hours for a Late Model R&R Flywheel

Clutch Kit
A complete clutch kit should have;
1) a re-manufactured flywheel
1a) a new set of flywheel to crankshaft bolts
Warning - modify your socket = remove chamfer from a six (6) point
socket to remove and reinstall these special bolts
1b) a new improved type (thinner) washer ring
2) a re-manufactured clutch plate (disc)
- note we offer six (6) different lining materials - to suit your
vehicles needs.
3) a re-manufactured pressure plate assembly
3a) a new set of pressure plate to flywheel bolt kit
4) a new sintered bronze - non magnetic pilot bearing (bushing).
5) a new clutch release (throw out) bearing
5a) examine the condition of throw out bearing shaft (collar)
look for crack(s) on bottom of shaft = replace - rebuild differential
carrier
6) a new input shaft seal
- keep 90wt gear oil out of the clutch assembly
- technical note you may use two (2) seals if you leave out split ring
retainer
6a) examine split ring retainer
7) a pair of exhaust packings - manifold to pipe
note engine type
8) a new oil pan gasket
note type of oil pan, stock - sheet metal, aluminum - what brand ?
9) a new front crankshaft seal and bell housing gasket
- keep engine oil out of the clutch assembly
- examine crankshaft timing gear seal surface for a wear groove.
also easy to install while the drive train is out of the vehicle and
accessible
10) a new transmission selector shaft seal - 3 & 4 spd transmissions
11) a pair of new differential side seals

Technical Note - Warning ! - Bell Housings
There are two (2) dimensionally different Standard (Manuel) Transmission
Bell Housings
check casting # on engine side of housing
# 3832176 1960-3 = use Flat Faced Flywheel
# 6256583 1964-9 = use Stepped Face Flywheel
Simply use with the matching flywheel and all related clutch assembly
components
regardless of engine to avoid clutch problems.
