Terry,

I can see that it would make at least SOME sense it a loadside.

And I think you put it well - moved it from nearly worthless to only half
worthless.  Did VW have the right idea with the fold down sides?  Actually,
that seemed pretty worthless too.  Who wants to lift the load that high in
order to get it into the truck?
