i just went thru a 65 differential not long ago. hope you can get that case repaired or another 65 car case drilled for the speedo gear and transfer all the parts from an early or your old stuff if ok. the case is not as strong as it looks...probably someone jacked the van up using the differential as jacking point? that can do it. regards tim colson
