[FC] Four Clubs Annual Event

Plans are progressing smoothly for this years Four Clubs Event, which is to be
held this year on September 10-12 in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada. Niagara
Falls Ontario is Just over the border from NY State, the Host Hotel is the
Best Western Cairn Croft Hotel located at 6400 Lundy's Lane. Room rates for
the event are $99 per night in Canadian Funds, (This means a lesser rate for
those from the US due to exchange rates). Hotel phone is 905-356-1161.
For those of you who will arrive early, there will be a Friday Afternoon Tour
of the GM Powertrain plant which is nearby. Friday night there will be the
valve cover races with pizza for snacks.
Our Saturday morning tour is still being decided but looks like it may include
a walking tour which goes behind the falls, this is a breathtaking experience.
Also we are trying to arrange a tour on the Maid of the Mist, which is a
boatride for a view of the falls from below. These tours require you to wear a
provided rain slicker, and you will get wet, but they will be memorable.
Saturday afternoon will be Concours, and peoples Choice car show, Saturday
Evening will be the banquet. Sunday Morning will be the autocross. I will post
more info as it becomes available.

I highly recommend coming early and staying late, as there are numerous
sights, and attractions to see in the area, both on the Canadian Side, or on
the US side.
