[FC] Rampside rear

Hi everyone.

Question about my 61 Rampside.  The back end sits kind of high, and the back
wheels are tipped out quite a lot on the top.  Is this normal?  The wheels
spin really easily, and it's hard to get traction.  I know a set of radials
would help.

Is there any adjustment that needs to be made?  It has a 110 car engine and
a 4speed.  I don't mind it sitting a little high, as I might actually haul
something relatively heavy, but if it isn't supposed to be like that, I
don't want anything to wear abnormally.
