[FC] Brake specialists?

Did you check the fluid even though you didn't see any leaks?  If they were
working and you still have fluid in the master cylinder then the internal
seals are leaking in the master cylinder.  Was the hand brake on when the
rear brake locked up?  If so then maybe the shoes are rusted to the drum
although I haven't seen it happen that fast.  I would pull that wheel first
since you know there is a problem there.
